About
I am an aspiring astrophysicist currently pursuing a BS-MS dual degree at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Thiruvananthapuram. With a major in Physics and a minor in Data Science, I am passionate about unlocking the mysteries of the universe through the power of big data analysis and computational methods.
Since my early childhood, I have been captivated by the wonders of astronomy and astrophysics. This fascination has guided me throughout my academic journey, leading me to take on various roles in my undergraduate school. I currently serve as the President of the Physics Club, where I actively work to promote interest in the field and encourage collaboration among students.
Under the guidance of Dr. Shabnam Iyyani, I am currently working on my minor project ‘Search for thermal emissions in GRB data from Daksha’. The project involves various aspects of analysing and simulating the GRB data for Daksha.
My goal is to contribute to groundbreaking research that expands our understanding of the universe and inspires future generations of scientists.
